We try our best to provide the best version of our comics to you, however sometimes you receive something that doesn’t meet your expectations. It is totally understandable to want to pursue a refund in such a case. The first thing I would offer is to contact us, we’re a small shop trying our best so we want to help make things right for you. However, if you’re still not satisfied, we can absolutely go the return/refund route, here’s how things would look:

Digital Products: Once a digital product has been sold, proper returns are nearly impossible to track and so refunds are also incredibly difficult to handle. If you have a problem with a digital product, please reach out and we will work with you to make it right.

Physical Products: If a physical product shows up in a condition that doesn’t meet your expectations, reach out to us- in most cases we are more than happy to resend the product to ensure you get what you’re looking for. If you’d rather not go that route, we totally understand; reach out and we’re happy to facilitate a return/refund for you.
